Q: How do we know these are truly lead-free and food-grade?
A: As usual, all these materials are food-grade and lead-free. We have passed food-grade testing, so there's no need to worry about safety.

Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality? Do you provide free samples?
A: Yes, free samples are available, allowing direct trade guarantee orders. Only the freight is on your side, which will be refunded after placing an order. Alternatively, if you have a courier account, we can arrange samples by collection.

Q: How about the packaging?
A: For small orders or samples, we use bubble bags or foam for individual packaging. So far, customers with small orders have not reported any damage issues. For large container orders, we support standard export pallet packaging or safely packaged cartons. Customized gift boxes are also accepted.
